3377体育集团全球人力资源中心4季度课程聚焦于箱包供应链端口，注重生产运营类相关业务技能的培养和提升，10-12月期间，滁州制造基地开展了共计11场、参训人次达392人、累计分享时长1950分钟的各类学习活动。
其中4次以《精益训战营-辨识生产现场浪费》为主题的专项训战营活动覆盖学员123人，通过训战结合的学习模式，使学员对所学的工具进行实操运用，共计发现149条浪费点，提出改善项目88条，改善项目达成率为96.59%，预估节省成本约9.93万元。
