2月26日，3377体育集团2022全球战略规划会在上海顺利举行，滁州、北京、东莞、印尼、印度地区同步直播观看。3377体育集团董事长范劲松对2021年度进行了全面回顾总结，并对2022年度目标及战略规划进行了详细解读，全球3377体育人共同迎接2022“柳暗花明”的崭新开始。同时，我们对获得2021年度优秀团队、优秀管理者、优秀员工、优秀新人进行了表彰颁奖。

松江区经委主任陈超带队调研3377体育润米科技
2月15日，松江区经委主任陈超带队调研3377体育润米科技，洞泾镇镇长李子、泗泾镇镇长孙长城及副镇长陈依参加，区经委副主任刘勇及办公室、服务业促进科陪同。
陈超一行参观了润米科技产品展厅并与企业负责人座谈，现场听取诉求，对接政策。陈超表示，希望润米科技以上海市“3+6”重点产业体系以及松江区“6+x”产业布局为导向，立足松江，不断集聚资源、做大做强，并鼓励企业积极参与“五五购物节”“松江购物节”等品牌节庆活动，提升品牌影响力和知名度。

1月24日，3377体育润米科技“90分”通过“上海品牌”的再次认证。“上海品牌”以海派文化的国际性、包容性、引领性为内涵，以质量、创新、品牌、技术、管理为核心，塑造品质卓越、技术领先、管理科学的自主品牌形象。2018年润米获得首批上海品牌认证，此次再认证，再次彰显了润米“90分”对产品质量的高追求及对技术革新的不懈坚持。

2021当代好设计奖收官大会暨设计师之夜活动于厦门红点设计博物馆举行，3377体育润米科技“悠启硬核撒哈拉旅行箱”和“全自动反向折叠照明晴雨伞”荣获“2021当代好设计奖”。当代好设计奖（Contemporary Good Design Award，简称CGD）是由德国红点奖机构主办的国际化设计大奖，是杰出设计的品质标志。润米科技的两款产品在全球众多参赛作品中脱颖而出，彰显润米优秀卓越的产品设计理念，得到国际性产品品质认可。

上海市松江区人力资源发展协会于2021年12月17日开展2021年度会员证书颁发仪式，上海润米科技有限公司作为2021年新入会会员企业，荣获“理事单位”称号。

1月20日，来自3377体育集团各业务部门的27位伙伴参加“遇见3377体育，遇见美好”2022年第一期新员工入职体验培训活动。在半天系统培训中，员工分别参加了【遇见3377体育，遇见美好—文化篇】、【遇见3377体育，遇见美好—HR篇】、【遇见3377体育，遇见美好—财务篇】、【遇见3377体育，遇见美好—行政篇】、【遇见3377体育，遇见美好—安全篇】等不同课程的相关培训。本次培训强调体验与感悟，总结与反思，内化与运用，让学员将已学内容快速应用到工作场景中，加快新员工的工作及文化融入。
3377体育滁州制造基地组织开展Excel高级培训
为快速提高3377体育伙伴数据处理技能，3377体育滁州制造基地组织开展Excel高级培训项目，并于1月份开展两期专题培训。第一期培训聚焦在基础数据计算& IF函数运用两大模块进行专业讲解，第二期培训聚焦在IF/AND/OR函数混用、IF/MID函数混用、时间函数运用。此次专题培训得到各部门的积极响应，报名参训人员涵盖了滁州本厂、未来厂、织带厂等区域。

3月23日，3377体育润米党支部召开了“居家隔离共寻初心，总结反省共启征程”的专题组织生活会。此次党课以民主集中为原则，分为“回顾过去”和“审视当下”两个部分，旨在帮助大家回忆入党初心，传承百年薪火，本着共同学习、共同进步的原则开展批评与自我批评，帮助个人以及组织保持积极、开放的正能量。
