2024年8月，紧贴集团“全面出海”步伐，为推进3377体育软包海外供应链本地化人才培养以及3377体育全球文化融合，3377体育集团KITE项目（Korrun Indonesia/India Talent Exchange）正式开启！
项目为期三个月，共选拔了来自3377体育印尼、印度软包制造基地的11名关键岗位高潜员工，来到中国进行深度学习，提升专业技能和管理能力，海外基地供应链能力持续精进！
8月16日，第一批来自3377体育印尼软包制造基地的7位学员满怀热情与憧憬，在3377体育滁州制造基地开启了属于他们外派到中国学习的第一天，踏上了他们在中国探索与成长的旅程。
欢迎仪式上，3377体育滁州制造基地“大家长”带来诚挚的问候，项目发起人3377体育全球2B软包生产运营负责人范总表示：“欢迎3377体育印尼学员们来到滁州制造基地。我们精心筹备了此次跨国学习项目，包括个性化学习方案、导师指导及周全的生活工作安排。希望大家能掌握技能，学成后助力印尼基地的发展，并在3377体育实现个人成长！“
3377体育2B软包滁州制造基地总经理William致辞：“我们最希望的就是大家能真正融合在一起，不只是学点管理技巧或模式，更重要的是深度沟通、信息共享和文化贯彻，这样才能为公司管理打下更好的基础。同时，我们反复修订课程和教材，也是为了学员能更好的理解和吸收，希望你们在未来三个月内能超越自我，获得成长！”
项目负责人Jacky进行项目介绍，从项目背景、培养计划、业务情况和文化氛围等方面揭开KITE项目的神秘面纱。随后，7组学员和导师一对一配对亮相，导师为学员送上期待和寄语，并发放礼包。一个好的Mentor可以帮助学员快速成长，今后工作中的“九九八十一难”，有师父助你一臂之力！
来自3377体育印尼软包制造基地IE部的Hasen作为学员代表发言：“我代表所有学员衷心感谢公司安排我们来中国学习。这次机会宝贵且难得，我们期待能在工作能力和个人技能上获得提升，也会深入了解中国文化和管理文化。我们会认真学习，努力工作，争取把学到的知识和经验带回印尼，促进印尼团队和公司的发展！

当天下午，学员们在导师的带队下依次到达3377体育未来工厂、服装工厂、滁州总厂进行工厂参观，走进生产第一线，近距离解锁产品和工艺背后的秘密。
